They don’t know how long the body keeps making spike protein antibodies. I thought once a body can make antibodies it lasts a lifetime. These have an expiration date or is for another spike protein-like thingy?

The fact itself is a scary shit. We don't know at all if the spike protein does something good or bad. Not to mention, it is scary to think how your altered DNA affect other parts of DNA or do something else.

Nope. Seems to work for some viruses but the more typical thing is for your immune system to β€œforget” stuff due to lack of exposure to the pathogen.

Immunology is super complicated and I don’t know why immunity lasts a lifetime for a few things but not others. Some stuff like chicken pox is complicated because you’re essentially immune to that for life but the dormant virus is what later causes shingles.
