This video is tragic and very hard to watch, watching a 13 year old boy die at 2:40 in the morning and everyone blame the officer and never ask the question where were this boys parents?
I have 3 teenagers, I guarantee they are not out running from the cops at 2:40 AM, if they even tried some stupidity like that being shot by the police would be the least of their worries.

It sucks, but what is "justified" and what is "understandable" are two different things.
Should the cop have shot? No. But try being in that situation yourself, with your own life hanging in the balance, and it's a much tougher call.
