Off the top of my head, 1) Jim Crow was a southern democrat rule. You really have to ask, "why didn't they want the Negro in town after dark?" 2) Al Sharpton is as much a race hustler as Biden. Ferguson, Missouri, told him to go away. 3) Biden is in his element, rabble rousing the black. 4) Everyone knows the voting laws spring from democrat cheating; no one knows that better than the DNC. 5) No real gain in disrupting southern culture at this point. JFK/LBJ been there, done that.
