If the programs were Unlawful, then they WERE Unconstitutional...the Constitution IS the Supreme Law of the Land ..if they were Unconstitutional then he had a Duty....the only question in my mind is the way he went about it. I guess you had to be there, prolly if he did it any other way the data would never have seen the light of day..🤔🇺🇸
The DoD guy that whistle blew along the appropriate channels about the office of net assessment (the ones running Halper) got fired, investigated and had his security clearance revoked.
That’s the equivalent of a lawyer getting fired then disbarred for the professional government employee grifter business.
And that was over some pretty petty graft and mismanagement of funds issues - nothing even close to what Snowden blew the whistle on.
Had he even attempted to follow any normal channels short of “release the info everywhere” he would be dead and the info would have never seen the light of day.
Exactly, trusting the govt to respect whistleblower laws that incriminate them is like trusting the HR department to not protect the company when they go after you.

No whistleblower is protected either public or private. I learned that one the hard way.
