That's roughly a $270,000 to $325,000 house in that neighborhood. Not that anyone would want to live in Brooklyn Center due to all the black people. I know I can take out a mortgage for that type of house and I'm single, but then again I'm selling a house so I can come up with 50-70k for the down payment. It's not as hard as you might think to get a nice house.
