Did you not just read my story? Now, granted, there weren't reports of gunshots where we were, so that is a huge and important difference, but your argument didn't include that detail. You just said he was asking for it by existing outside at a time you designate inappropriate, which I disagree with. But again, we weren't criminals and definitely weren't shooting at cars.

I did. You waited a hour for your food.

Difference being that Chicago is a constant crime zone in the last year where CHILDREN this kid’s age and under has been shot. Why the heck is he not at home? Where is his mom? We can take an educated guess his dad isn’t at home.

And now he is just another funeral the city is on the hook for and instead of blaming faulty parenting and a culture that thrives on this stupid sh—, people are saying him roaming around at 230am on a darn school night is no big deal.

I don’t care if he didn’t have a gun and really wasn’t doing something wrong. His butt should’ve been in bed.

^This.

Location, demographics and crime statistics matter a lot.

Oh but I did read your story! Seems full of bs... Pro tip: when pretending to be an American, don’t use the word Constable. No one in America calls the police “Constable”

Come on down to San Antonio, Texas and see the county constables. https://www.bexar.org/871/Constables

At the time we had no idea what a constable was either, but his car said constable.
