There was a similar case in 2019 or 2020 where a dude went to an ER to finish off someone he already shot... then got killed by the cops and BLM got mad.

I know someone that used to work in hospitals and this kind of shit happens way more than they'd admit to. They had to have security everywhere at all times.

Yup hospital near me has a metal detector and armed security. You have to put all metal in a bin and slide it under the bullet proof glass.
