Fired shell casings from near where Roman fired shots matched the 9-millimeter handgun that was recovered near Toledo, prosecutors said.” WTF so not only did he have a gun when the officer approached him, but he had fired it sometime that night?! And people are rioting...?
That's why the cops were on scene. Chicago is so bad they have devices that triangulate gunshots sounds and send the location info to the cops. It's all on surveillance video. You can see the slide is locked back on the pistol because they had just magdumped it like 2 minutes earlier.
