Love Arkansas - there are some fine folks there BUT they have some serious hillbilly “paw told me to shoot anybody serving papers” biggots. There are lots of states with these folk (rounding error minority btw) but on the backroads in The Natural State there are places that I would not want to knock on the door and ask for help if my car broke down.
