Weird isn't it... anything from a cheeseburger at McDonald's to toilet paper or a loaf of bread.
Just a hunch that perhaps we are starting to experience runaway inflation...

Gas prices go up, so does everything else.
Inflation is a tax.
I would love to understand how the whole process works... how printing money and giving out stimulus ends up raising prices so the elites get their money back (probably with a profit).
Basically the amount of something determines it's value.
If you print more money, money is worth less. That means you need more of it to cover expenses so you charge more.
If you own THINGS, like stock or something, they keep their value.... or lose less
It's terrible that you had two downvotes just for asking
spez: An important step is regulatory capture and government sanctioned monopolies during inflation and crash periods that allow price fixing. Likely one of the reasons that Gates is investing so heavily in farmland. Smart investment as food is going to be issue somewhere in the world at any given time. If you have friends in USAID that decide that they need your specific mossmeat or whatever the fuck to send to Africa you’re going to make boatloads. He’s been doing it through NGOs forever, basically expanding on the Soros strategy which is limited to entrapping the powerful in government and forcing government contracts for technology that will allow enforcement of numerous systems of control. Same general agenda though.
Bitcoin is tax evasion
Maybe biden regime says that. But no, it's not tax evasion.
I didn't mean literal tax evasion.
It was an analogy...
inflation : tax :: cryptos with dwindling supply : not tax
Tax *avoidance
D'oh. That's the term I was looking for, thanks fren
have not seen the price of crypto, Even Doge coin is going up........... it only a matter of time before we go though a great depression.....
Didn't we just go through a great deal of depression?
I think the DOGE coin thing is a definite sign of reaching a peak with the bubble. It's gonna be a really nasty crash and people will go insane looking back at how some people made so much money so easily - like youtubers, etc.
They are gonna wish they saved their money instead of blowing it on lambos
They did just print trillions of dollars out of thin air.
Yep, it's called inflation. Just wait.
Running material costs up by interrupting supply line. Rin labor up with bad laws. Rin energy up with bad policy and war.
All together you can hide how bad it's getting till the bottom drops out
Yes 2 pieces of plastic for irrigation $3.00. Used to get 5 or 6 for $1.99
My friends auto ins, rent, electric, and gas for car went up in one month, not to mention medical ins not authorizing procedures- so you have to ask twice!
Before we see massive taxes levied on automation solutions I’d recommend buying a 3D printer. They’re incredibly handy to have around for even the average consumer. If you have kids it’s the best way I’ve found to teach all kinds of subjects. Under $1K for a prosumer build and under $200 for an entry-level good enough build.
Buy a spool of filament, make a 3D model of your plastic irrigation piece, become the manufacturer for the plastic pieces. Make infinite plastic pieces. Make better plastic pieces.
I’m working with resin printing at the moment and the level of detail possible is absolutely stunning although I’m not producing structural components using that method.
Yeah my brothers into this. I’ll have to ask him about it but, I don’t have time to make two plastic pieces just to do the arrogation that are common to find. I was just posting I was at a store today so it made sense to say something about it. But thanks for the information I appreciate it.
Yeah I figured lol, having a guy who knows how to do this in your community is invaluable. Being able to say “Hey Dick, print me a phone case” is handy.
Right on! I know my brother had some issues with his machine at first, but he figure them all out. He just happens to live in Japan though so that doesn’t help me out much. Have fun with yours!
Bitcoin FTW!
Just wait until China pulls the rug out. It’ll be fun.
A lot of it is because the price of gas keeps going up, because Biden sucks communist dick.
When gas prices go up, the cost of everything goes up.
Accountants everywhere told their clients to raise prices or they were gonna lose a lot of money this year. I've pretty much stopped driving unless I need to go somewhere, I can still afford the gas but just not gonna do it. Spent $10 on gas the last two weeks. Gonna get me an electric bike and plug the cord into the liberal neighbors house at night to charge it.
I’m fortunate enough to be in an area that is accessible for walking and biking. I still have a car but I don’t really use it outside of the utility capacity it has for hauling and for longer distances. I’ve saved a fair amount of money. The commies think I’m spending my savings on organic vegetables, but I’m buying freedom seeds instead.
Inflation is rearing its ugly head.
It’s inevitable. The key is going to be the Fed having the balls to raise interest rates to keep things in check. The other bullet to use is taxes but GOP won’t budge so the democrats have to wait till next year for their reconciliation freebie.
The scary part is none of this is indicative of what we might see post pandemic. Once restrictions come off, and with the recent unemployment reports showing a surprise big down tick, people are loaded and have a lot of repressed spending tendencies to catch up on. Demand could spike huge and outstrip supply and it’s the trigger for soaring prices. Just look at some of the markets dealing with the chip shortages like computer graphics cards.
Numbers showed fewer jobseekers, not fewer unemployed. It’s a clever trick to make the situation look better than it is.
