I'd like to see the whole unedited bodycam footage of the interaction because to be perfectly honest, the police where the ones acting aggressive there. All he was saying from what I saw was a very calm
"I'm honestly afraid that..."
Cop: "Yeah you should be."
That is not ok and not the proper response.
"Can you please tell me what's going on." and the response was to yell and ignore a simple question holding a man at gun/taser point. I don't want to defund the police.
I love them and thank them everyday for the position they voluntarily put themselves into, but if their training tells them to be this aggressive to a person who is clearly in fear and doing their absolute best to calmly comply, I do think some serious retraining needs to be done.

I'm going to leave this all up because it was my initial reaction. After watching the video provided in the comments and rethinking this scenario, I'm ok with the interaction.
At this point in the interaction I'd say they had a pretty good understanding that this 2nd LT was just trying to be a dick for no good reason. The cop knew what was going on and responded with frustration.
