It’s not just emotional BS. There are people who push these unsolvable problems because working to solve them leads to job security at worst and wealth/power at best. The people at the top are in it for themselves and they play the emotions of supporters.
People, in general, are easier to control when the logic centers of their brains are not functioning or function at a level lower than those around them.
You can't do anything about homelessness because those people are 90% mentally ill. The only thing you can do is lock those people up in prison and mental institutions and those are corrupt and always turn into a civil rights problem.
Those issues are DEEEEP rooted in society and can only be fixed with very strong drug law enforcement and forcing people to take prescription drugs to control their mental health. You have to control society very strictly to stop mental health problems and non-conservatives freak out.
