I know. But it's been eating away at me since that day. The live stream I was watching showed the scenario I depicted above. I can't find evidence now as damn near everything has been scrubbed. Why on Earth would the organizer insert that screen to make it appear the Trump crowd was closer than they actually were??? All accounts of January 6th claimed the rally crowd had to walk forever from the rally to the Capitol steps. The "insurrection" was taking place while Trump was still talking. I'm torn. I think Trump knew something was going to go down. He probably saw the crowd already at the Capitol before he arrived. He knew his "fans" would be at the rally, not at the Capitol during the rally. Maybe that's why he talked longer.
