That's exactly what the left is after. They want to get in the history books. It's all about getting accolades, and they obviously can't get that by actually being great people themselves, so they flounce around as if being an activist is just as meaningful as being a world-changing philosopher, scientist, or conqueror. It's trying to be notable for losers. And, hey, if you have to cut your own kids dick off to do it, well, small price to pay.
