The difference is pretty significant. Facebook is particularly addictive by nature, the endless scroll, the hunt for "likes" and "new friends", each one gives you a tiny little endorphin and you don't have to do anything for it.

The UX is carefully crafted to do this, from the colors (all blue) that signals your brain to stay awake interrupted by the bright read notifications to jolt you...

Youtube and TD hardly compare here. The interaction with them doesn't at al provide the same addictive qualities.
