I don't think that they shot their way out. Also, the Russians aren't commies anymore. Look at Russia, and it looks closer to what America was than what America looks like now.
Wrong on Estonia, half right on Romania. They overthrew Ceausescu rather than Communism. More wrong than right on Croatia. You are confusing what 'shooting their way out' means. Or, more properly, you are confusing the immediate aftermath with their exit from Communism.
Depends on the country. Countries like Hungary, no. Others like Belarus, I went there many years ago and remember quite a few of them wanted to be part of Russia. I would suspect that in some countries you have regions that want to be part of Russia and others that don't, such as in Ukraine.
I don’t think those people want to be under Russian rule again. They shot their way out once in recent history.
This has NOTHING to do with Ukraine. In the Macro, this is just an extension of Syria, with the exact same Soroscrats pushing for war.

Romania did, Estonia did, Croatia did. There are many others I can’t remember.

Sure it’s a mixed bag.
We'll see. Certainly going to take Ukraine in the next 50 years or less. Thats clear.
We will see. Dumbest move they made was giving up the bomb for insipid promises. Next dumbest might be playing by the official international rules.
Never trust a Clinton.
