I believe Putin refuses to do anything about the Islamic autonomous zones in Russia despite the fact they breed jihadists and damage the reputation of the country by killing fags.

He also refuses to do anything about China despite the atrocities, the fact most of his country hates the PRC, and that he could easily get nato to join in on a war with that shithole.
