Nor does it include levels of education, fatherless homes, locations of the most criminal activity in correlation with population density, and opportunity. Blacks account for 13% of the population obviously not every single one is a violent criminal so if you account for that then it drops ot even further, so 1-5% of the population is responsible for 51% violent crime and they are black facts are facts. Then you realize it's located in Chicago New York Baltimore Detroit and Los Angeles metropolitan areas where the largest swaths of blacks live.
