You're assuming I agree with any of that liberal billshit that propagates the problems. Individual criminals should be punished for their individual crimes. The state needs to stop supporting single parent families, within reason, and encourage complete families. The problem lays with the state and the communist programs they continue to push. That needs to be fixed before anything else can be corrected. A criminal is not a criminal because of their skin color. They are a criminal because they, individually, either commited, or participated in the commission of a crime.
