Government encourages that behavior. Have more kids, get more welfare. Stay single with those kids, get more welfare. Welfare pays for their food, and housing. The public schools offer free breakfasts and lunches for the kids all year long. Once the kids are old enough to go to school you can basically ignore them and let the system babysit them until they’re 18. After that they can go to jail and continue to be fed and sheltered by the system.
