People who know about how conservative Tokyo governor Shintaro Ishiahra was able to wield national influence in Japan might be interested. Things could work out in our favor if D.C. ended up being governed by the right brand of kangz, one thats not from the controlled, cooperative class of kang.

The situation the deepstaters have in D.C. currently isn't in our favor, they're able to run the city like its the green zone in Iraq and theres nobody to complain.

If you want to give DC the rights of a state then it sounds like you should be giving that area back to Maryland.
