I have a very unpopular opinion that the FBI was forced into this mess for that very reason. Communist leadership in this country right now. Who knows what's being held over their heads internally.
It's why I never hopped on the "Fuck the FBI" train here, you need to remember that their cops. Most of them probably joined thinking they were going to go after child rapists, bank robbers, Al Qaeda, etc. They were unwilling turned into - and probably blackmailed into being - government tools. All but one field office. Maybe that field office is sacrificing themselves in some kinda way that we don't know yet?
