The roads in Wayne county are an absolute joke though like you posted. I assume this has a lot to do with it.

I don't know why they allow so much weight on roads that also have to deal with weather changes and loads of salt every year. I assume it has something to do with the auto industry and trucking company's lobbying someone.
The roads up north here aren't bad at all but then again there isn't many trucks running around here either.
Oh I know, I spent some time in Rochester Hills as an adult but grew up going to places like Beaver Island. It's light years different from D town!
