2.) Try to justify increased prices for Crude oil. High crude oil prices will help prop up the stock market and hide the massive inflation. Deflect serious economic downfall so people don't revolt against Biden admin and put more US dollars in the market. They own lots of stock in the solar/ wind turbine industry which has been cheaply scaled up in China.

3.) Transportation and managing travel. For those that are in middle and lower class gas prices hurt. With that huge expense people are more likely to support public infrastructure and the building of all these trains/ bus systems and electric cars that are self driving and will be offered for citizen transportation. When people do not own their own transportation they can trace movements and decide who does and does not travel. Want to take the train? Vaccine passport.... Global oligarchs can also strive out the competition in the automobile and airline travel industry globally.

4.) Plant the idea that we need to live these ways to stop further pandemics. This pandemic was botched when it leaked out of Wuhan (I believe the pandemic was planned for April 2020) Much worse Pandemic is to follow from their own words because animals have to leave habitat.

5.) Housing. Justifies the need for government further ownership and eventual selloff with bankruptcy of our land. Humans will eventually live in their approved zones which can be turned into their smart grids.
