The point was that the prosecution then rebutted by saying he had 98% oxygen level. That does not seem to work with their theory that he was asphyxiated by a knee on a neck. If he could not breathe, he would have no oxygen, like my father who died of pulmonary fibrosis. Floyd’s oxygen level at 98 percent contradicts the entire argument of the prosecution. They sort of got caught and then realized their oops!
