Due to IRS rules and other rules it's already hard to hire help or unprofitable....that's why illegal immigrants often get jobs that pay "under the table"....it's much cheaper....It seems that our whole society is designed to benefit those that break the rules the most......but don't break the rules or they'll get you....it's a catch 22....
