I honestly don't know which is more patronizing and inept; Harris waffling on about how the US has a large Japanese American "community" and how successful they've been, all the while taking the tone that an insufferable nurse takes while trying to sound cheerful and friendly to their partially deaf, partially senile elderly patient that they hold in contempt, or Biden's golf-based mumbling interspersed with fake try-hard charm that he clearly thought was working.

This was so embarrassing to watch.
