I don't even understand a club like that? Black Excellence Club? What do they do? Why not just play sports? Or maybe a chess club? Or a rock climbing club? Or a book club? Or even a Go Green Club where they pick up trash. But what the heck is the point of a Black Excellence Club? It just seems ridiculous to me. People are so much more than the color of their skin. Yet it is like we have gone backward and now everything is about skin color and segregation has returned, but this time they WANT it. Just odd.
