Let’s say the public opinion, the media, some politicians and heck maybe even some SCOTUS judges come to realize what is already openly know... that’s to see the so-called deep state stole the elections and indeed Biden and Harris are abusively occuping the positions.

What would happen? Is there a mechanisms enshrined in the constitution to deal with this case? Or will the two lose power in favor of the Speaker?

Or will they just say “jeez, sorry... but we gotta keep these two phonies until next election”?
