I told many people to stock up back then. Back then PSA frequently had AR kits and complete rifles for under $400 and mags for $5 each. 500 rds of 556 brass cased was under $200, they didn't listen. Flash forward to 2020 and many of them called me up asking "where can I find a cheap AR, mags, ammo?" My answer , "two years ago."
Y’all should consider an AK-74. Not the 47, the 74. Fires a 5.45x39 round. It was the Russian answer to the M16/AR 15 nato 5.56 platform. I have a Bulgarian or Romanian model. Paid around $800 for it a few years ago. Rounds are still selling for 35-40 cents per.
It’s the sweetest shooting “assault” rifle I own, even with just iron sights. I have 3 ARs. I’d grab the 74 every time if SHTF.
The only thing that worries me about 5.45 is it's all foreign made military surplus and imported. That gravy train could be shut down overnight with an executive order. Just like clinton did with chinese guns and ammo, hence no more Norinco stuff here
I grabbed a shit ton of 9mm FMJ for pistols and carbines, 1K rounds of 12Ga 00 buck, several 33 round 9mm Glock stick mags, 50 round 9mm drums and much more...now, people are scrambling to buy shit, and wonder why shit is unobtanium or expensive AF. The writing was on the wall, last June. No sympathy for them.
This meme is funny but dollars to donuts that cat has a neurological condition causing it to dance like that. Some sort of infection or parasite is behind those movements.
People have done really creative work with editing these memes. Sylvester the talking cat (RIP Sylvester and Steve Cash) really couldn't talk, even though he's shown fat shaming McDonalds customers. The people who make the Rover the cat runway walk videos also are very skilled. I don't know who this cat is, but odds are that he's fine and has a talented owner.
It was originally from a video of a street musician playing drums while the cat was "shaking his head to the beat". In reality, the cat had a neurological condition that made him look like he was dancing since healthy cats do not dance to music. Sorry for being a Debbie Downer. I'm a pedant by nature and am compelled to inject unwanted information into discussions, especially on the internet.
Yup.
That fuckin cat is a BOSS
Impossible not to steal this gif.
Load up on mags and ammo. Mags of 30+ rds will be like gold when they become illegal

I stocked up over a year ago. I’m good for now...

Trump told us to get ready back in 2018. I listened.

Your assumption that, at some point, you have enough pew pews to stop buying is erroneous.
I bought most of mine last century.
M1 Garand was 5 hundo. Paid 275 for a SP1 carbine. 5.56 was cheap and plentiful. 45 acp was less than 10 cent a round.
