AND you're not allowed to discuss the racial and religious demographic either, no matter what.

You know what they do not own? Fresh meat, fresh veggies, fresh fruits, etc. They only own what is in the aisles. They do not own what is around the edges of the supermarket.

Funny thing - once you start eating that, you start feeling WAY healthier, too.

Avoid plastics.

Take cold showers.

Change your diet.

Dump your meds.

Avoid sugar - and more so, fake sweeteners.

If you feel way better after a Red Bull - find high quality taurine supplements.

Yeah I'm keeping my hot showers lol

If this is everything you eat then you need to change your damn diet.

Its no wonder why everywhere I look nothing but obese slobs.

Its not that difficult to eat meat, veggies, fruit and drink water.

And BILL GATES is behind all of it...Idk, just making a statement as he's buying up all the farmland in this Country.

This one I'm getting better at so I have confidence we can tackle it individually.

What I ate this week was simple. Local farmer's cabbage, imported Irish butter. salsa from Mexico, US tea, US beef and bacon. Five of my pepper plants sprouted this week. In time I'll have more green peppers than I'll know what to do with.

The point is, I've been working on removing those large brands from my selections and will rely more on home grown foods too.

My biggest weakness right now is nuts as I'm still buying name brand peanut butter.

The above diagram reveals one commonality: sugar. read labels, stop buying shit with sugar. Anything over 15% total sugars content - put back on the shelf and seek alternative. Y'all bitchy little first-world-issue fappers need to stop being lazy and be open to locally made, small business produced, organic, 'no added sugar' grocery. Otherwise, fuck off with your virtue signalling (i.e. fuktard diagrams like this) Act like ya got some sense.

LUXOTTICA owns 80% of eyeglass industry. All your favorite brands like RayBay, Oakley, Armani, etc, etc are essentially Luxottica with a different sticker on the product..

I was wondering the same thing...

I haven’t shopped in a commercial grocery store in years. My local farmers market has none of these brands and I haven’t starved yet. Haven’t had bananas in years or out of season produce from far away lands, but what I do get is great local quality.

Buy less prepared food. It's obviously better for you, and it strips them of power.

unaor 3 points ago +3 / -0

I consume absolutely none of this garbage. Feels good man.

Drink filtered tap water and milk from a local dairy. Unfortunately, many corporate subsidiaries not listed here also control the supply of ingredients that smaller manufacturers need.

Buy small, shop local

Latin_Patriot_MAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

and all the majorities of these corporations control the water reserves, we are screwed

HiddenDekuScrub 2 points ago +2 / -0

You know what's kind of sad?

If they weren't so damn insistent on pushing this woke crap, I'd say they're free to do what they damn well please. I don't eat a lot of processed foods anymore, so most of this doesn't matter.

Now instead of having a diet coke or an occasional bit of chocolate, I'm just plain too disgusted to purchase any of this. (And yes, I do look at who owns what.)

laylahege 2 points ago +2 / -0

What better reason not to eat that shit. Local fresh produce!

Stop eating food that comes in packages

2
chahn1138 2 points ago +2 / -0

You need eat none of those things.

It takes some time, energy, and focus...but start by planning a menu and then shop only for the ingredients needed.

This is how we roll. All credit to Wifey.

chahn1138 1 point ago +1 / -0

But Steak-Umms are on the menu now! LOLOL

RedNexican247 1 point ago +1 / -0

If you can't pronounce the ingredients, don't eat it.

ConservativeHomepage 1 point ago +1 / -0

Aldi tho? Also, Red Bull is still independent, I believe, and anti-woke.

Good thing I love Red Bull.

and how many are majority owned by the Payseurs?

salvecitizen 1 point ago +1 / -0

Who forces it down your throat? If you choose to buy and eat it, it's not someone else 'controlling'.
