Not sure about blackmail. Seems like Bush/Obama and company stuffed the important departments with their puppets. When they control the FBI, CIA, DOJ, MSM and education system there is not much that can be done through congress, or executive order. The FBI and CIA will just create/support/leak phony information to support their agenda and discredit their opposition, and the DOJ will simply ignore any claims that don't support their agenda, and the MSM will only propagate lies that support their agenda, and the educational system is actively brainwashing the kids to be future sheep that will refill the corruption. It is much larger than simply democrats though. The entire power structure created throughout the past century is being threatened by a private sector businessman being voted in as President and actually taking action on American first policies that were only used as platform speech material for the previous lifelong criminal politicians. Corporations/big tech, military industry, large scale land/ranch owners, factory owners etc are all against Trump and all a part of the anti-Trump propaganda machine.
Because lifelong lawyers, judges, politicians are all in on it. They know if they whistleblow then their lives and their bloated salaries and illegal kickbacks will be gone. Then they will made an example of like the other high profile Trump supporters, and have their lives ruined, be thrown in prison and have their family threatened.
