If you can rightly be ejected from a place of business for wearing a swastika or KKK glorifying clothing, you should be ejected for sporting BLM, ANTIFA or communist crap. The rationale behind this is, BLM, ANTIFA, and communism/socialism have a real body count and celebrating them glorifies their legacy of violence and hatred. Also, BLM is a supremacist ideology that has no place in a civilized society. We need to eject these cancers from our communities and the cumulative effect should be overall positive, I would think. I know this is easier said than done, but you're only ever one woke customer away from tweeting your business into oblivion with a cancel Twitter mob. Riots/civil distubance have been excluded from most business property insurance, which many businesses found out the hard way last year. You have to purchase it as a rider.
Adding riot coverage used to be cheap, but I'd guess it's gone waaaaay up this year.
They’ve also issued policy updates for those who did have the coverage. Significant price increases and exclusions of some specific types of damage. I was told that some of my more specialized equipment would not be covered if damaged due to a reasonable expectation that I should have them stored offsite.

There is likely to be a double standard in how the courts treat a defendant who bans the KKK in their business, versus a defendant who bans BLM in their business.

I know an Anarco-Capitalist. They live in the country, work from home in an information services capacity and raise livestock. Their political philosophy works within their rural environment because it remains outside and untested in a greater metropolitan environment.
We're fast approaching a de facto Anarco-_____ state in urban areas where laws are ignored by both criminals and police. Much like staying put in the face of a Hurricane, you're now on your own.
I'd suggest that the future state is Anarco-Tyranny, where the only laws enforced are those which are "Fineable" or taxable. If you choose to chain-link the perimeter of your now-empty neighborhood and install gates on roads a city has chosen to ignore or abandon only then will you receive a response from government.
