Just to be clear, the vaccine is a suspension. It’s mixed with saline solution before injection. Accidents will happen, but all the shots have saline. They simply didn’t add the vaccine.

This is never done by "accident". Syringes are very tightly controlled and vaccines even more so.
Unless you're a homeless drug addict in Seattle. You get tax payer funded syringes.
