this is low level stupidity. how would they conduct a double blind study without following the "participants"? if they're not reporting in, what would even be the point?
I have the feeling the OP is jumping the the wrong conclusion too, but it's technically possible they actually are "following" the participants of a study and using the number of hospitalizations among each group as a proxy (assuming they keep track of the vaccine batch in each person's records...which they should anyway, in case of recalls, etc.).
Also, in theory, people given a placebo are a better control group than the unvaccinated, because unvaccinated people behave differently from vaccinated people for a variety of reasons which may influence outcomes.

Can’t be blind because the drug comes in a form that must be suspended in saline before injection. If you don’t mix it first, you have nothing but salt water.
My guess is the drug is being sold out the back door for the black market and they simply got caught.
Just to be clear, the drugs could have a big difference from batch to batch, but all of them come in a form that has to be mixed with saline.
Which is hilarious because there is no reason for that being the case. I believe the reason it’s being shipped unmixed is to further control conditions of liability. The effective dosage has been somewhat of crapshoot coming from the pharmaceutical companies. No premixing allows for the dosage to be more easily adjusted after being shipped. It is also likely this is a money saving tactic. Ultimately this is a big quality control issue and further fodder for waiting on getting it if you choose to do so.
Nah, everything isn’t a conspiracy. This is simply about storage and breakdown of the drug. It can’t come premixed because it begins to breakdown immediately when mixed.
