If the system is set up in a way that recounts don't match the totals that were given at the time of the election, then the system is broken. That is arguably more important than the outcome of a single election as it impinges every future election as well.

NH dropped the Government-wide mask mandate Friday. Any state property no longer requires a mask.

If you have android, I've used an app called "background video recorder". It let's you turn off your screen while recording. Make sure to turn off the time limit and max file size though so it doesn't stop the recording prematurely. It might also be better to use a audio recorder instead if you don't have a lot of space on your phone.
