It's the type of people that thinks water magically spawn in the tap then magically disappear once it goes down the drain. They also think power outlets magically always have free unlimited power.

I wonder if one could just simply slide that cable right off!? Probably have to lift the bike some but the tard that left it there can't lift their own bike off of the ground so they think it's safe. Tee hee hee

I thought about moving the bike to another post just to teach them a lesson...

I can just picture the dainty, acne-ridden, male feminist that owns that bike.

Not gonna lie, I'd probably move it just to fuck with them.

Might be funny to hide her bike locks and leave the bike.

Since the cable is only going around the frame and not through the spokes in the wheel, it's still perfectly rideable. A lot of bike thieves are just too lazy to walk and won't touch a bike they have to carry away so a lot of times, it works to just put a U-lock through the back wheel and the seat tube so it's unrideable though not unstealable.

Probably sitting on a bench right there. Looks like a botanical park or something. I see donation brinks around the path.
