I made a point like that online about the pigs blood and pig head and I got attacked by some fags I knew from college. “It doesn’t represent everyone”, “just because it doesn’t align with your values” all that shit. Like witness intimidation are terrorism and crimes, that’s not arguable but the retarded left defends it anyway.

A Missionary treated a Cannibal tribe to a case of Pepsi to try and civilize them a bit to modern wonders. He came back a month later and saw a couple victims laying ready to be cooked with their penises cut off, and several penises hanging from a tree being dried. He asked the Chief what the penises were hanging there for. "We were waiting for you to bring a case of Coca Cola". "Everyone knows "things" go better with Coke" !

Then there is the story of the Cannibal who passed his cousin in the jungle.

Why argue? They're not going to listen, if that's how they think.

Interfering with a trial is interfering with a trial. This is one of those moments in life, that if the trial is overturned because of Water's big ugly mouth, you have every right to point at them and go "Hahahahah! Hahahahahaha! Hah!"

If anyone also watches The IT Crowd, think "laughing clown".

The Infowar is over. Waking people up now is pointless. Prepare your family and friends, and get ready for the shit to hit the fan.

27
War_Hamster 27 points ago +29 / -2

Disagree. There are plenty of people who are close to reaching their own breaking points and we damn well should be reaching out to them. Think about all of the people who haven't spoken up yet because they don't want to lose what they have.

Red-pilling still matters.

12
Lipscarf 12 points ago +12 / -0

I think we’re screwed. I have been trying to red pill many of my friends for years. They are too scared to think for themselves. They don’t listen to me because “you’re not a doctor”, “I’m inclined to believe the CDC”, etc etc. Tens of millions of Americans cannot think critically and are absolute buffoons. It’s too late. Those of us who are awake will have to band together in the coming years. I do not see a scenario in which we avoid a second civil war.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

You may be correct about avoiding the unthinkable, but I'm going to do everything I can to resolve this peacefully. That is the American way and it is the rational approach. That means we have to win the Culture War and red-pilling is a big part of that.

I will continue to use reason until the time for other tools becomes necessary.

5
Lipscarf 5 points ago +5 / -0

Im with ya buddy. I do not seek confrontation but you better believe I will never back down. I do everything I can to help educate the people in my immediate circle, but sometimes it’s like banging my head against the wall. Eventually I feel like giving up. If I can’t convince people that I KNOW are reasonable and trust me, i have no hope for the general public.

They are actually very good lawyers all of them. They did a pretty good job on the case by misrepresenting facts and testimony and hiding bad facts from the jury.

They are evil people for trying to imprison someone who doesn't deserve it, but they are certainly good at their job.

14
FireannDireach 14 points ago +14 / -0

The prosecution was a pretty bad, from my "fan of court videos" vantage. He was using beyond loaded language and all of the favorite tricks of someone trying to "prove" a case they don't have a strong suit for.

Usually it's the defense doing that, not the State.

6
War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well, they were trying a case that was overcharged for political reasons. Not an easy task when the evidence isn't on your side.

1
TheAmbulance 1 point ago +1 / -0

this

2
fskfsk 2 points ago +2 / -0

Actually, prosecutors have an obligation to justice, not convicting the innocent via any means necessary.

4
Mooseface 4 points ago +4 / -0

No. They keep score of their wins. That’s how they earn promotions.

6
fskfsk 6 points ago +6 / -0

A prosecutor does have an obligation to justice and not just winning, but you're right that a prosecutor will never get in trouble for prosecuting someone innocent or over-charging someone. For Chauvin, the prosecution dumped a ton of evidence on the defense at the last minute, which is also a violation of ethical standards.

A frivolous prosecution can ruin someone even if they are ultimately acquitted. Two examples are Kyle Rittenhouse and the McCloskeys. At least Chauvin has the police union picking up the tab for his legal fees.

The idea that a prosecutor brags about his win rate percentage is ridiculous. If a prosecutor wins 100% of his cases that means (1) The system is unfairly stacked in favor of prosecutors, or (2) The prosecutor never takes on a hard case. For example, the teenage child of a billionaire commits a serious crime, and the prosecutor offers a sweetheart plea deal instead of going to trial and risking losing against a billionaire's legal team.

A lot of "too big to jail" people get away with it, partially because prosecutors refuse to take tough cases. You're never going to have a 100% chance of winning against someone politically influential. Example: Jon Corzine robbed MF Global's customers, and prosecutors didn't think they had a 100% chance of winning, so they didn't bother.

3
Mooseface 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree. The same for defence lawyers. Johnny Cochran used to brag that he had a 100% win in his court cases. If you only take on the cases you know you will win then any defence lawyer can claim 100% win.

1
Grunt422 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but O J Simpson was never a 100% win case. Not even a 5% win. The whole world knows he was guilty. It was a jury that didn't do their sworn duty. That is what the state in this case is hoping for. A threatened, and intimidated jury afraid to do what is right. Wrongly fired, charged, and prosecuted as a sacrificial offering to a black aggression, that supports their criminal element, and that will burn, and loot to avoid the rule of law being enforced !

1
Grunt422 1 point ago +1 / -0

The prosecution is held by standards not to hide information, lie, twist facts, or violate the rights of a defendant. The defense is allowed to use every trick in the book to mitigate, misrepresent, and withhold damming evidence they might know, and the state doesn't. In this case it is clear those roles are completely reversed. Even the bulk of the prosecution "expert" witnesses clearly had an agenda, some not even charging for their "services", but because they "had an interest in the case" ? They mostly had one purpose, and that was as "experts" to ignore, and down play the several life threatening factors that already existed in making Floyd a walking dead man because of his health, and behavior !

That is going to be a hard moral choice for any thinking juror. With all the doxing / harassing the establishment media does to unbelievers and the highly charged atmosphere around this case - they are putting their life and their family's lives on the line if they do the right thing here.

11
Cyberpunkd 11 points ago +11 / -0

Then they shouldn't have accepted the position of being on the jury. Fear is not an excuse for finding an innocent man guilty.

-6
ArcOfAmbition -6 points ago +4 / -10

Your comment only helps the left. You may believe your exaggeration to be real but it's not. You only help them by sharing fiction.

21
YoLLamaIsSoFat 21 points ago +23 / -2

Bro the news media doxxed a fucking firefighter over a $10 donation to Rittenhouse and showed his property on live TV. One of the witnesses got doxed and his home vandalized with blood and a pigs head on a stake.

What he said isn't an exaggeration anymore. Those jurors are walking targets if they vote the 'wrong' way.

-7
ArcOfAmbition -7 points ago +5 / -12

OMG a pig head and a snake. You pussies are such fear mongering faggots. Did you respond with tweets and posts doxing the journalist, the boss of the journalist? Did you mail the poor bastard security cameras or offer up surveillance help? No. You doom for the left like little faggots.

9
YoLLamaIsSoFat 9 points ago +10 / -1

I don't have a Twitter, and the house already had security cameras mounted. They didn't help. BLM killed 30 people in the riots last year and permanently injured dozens more. They set homes on fire with families inside, destroyed businesses, and ruined livelihoods. They're backed by our government in a very literal sense, they get arrested and released without any charges, and have money to burn to continue. They literally assassinated two Trump supporters, unprovoked, on camera for no reason.

The jury is going to vote guilty because their family is under threat from regular citizens, congress people, and Tim Walz and Jacob Frey are demanding a guilty verdict from a live conference on TV. They're going to vote guilty because they don't want their home torched, or to be targeted and attacked in the street after their identity is leaked, or bomb threats at their kids school.

Its not dooming to realize that a lot of these jurors are normies who are terrified of what happens if they don't vote guilty. Whoever of them is brave enough to force either a hung jury or acquittal at this point deserves a kings ransom.

-4
ArcOfAmbition -4 points ago +2 / -6

You sound like a lefty describing the "Capital Insurrection." Or someone who believes in COVID hysteria!

Democrats are to blame. I have a gun and don't live in a Democrat state. Faggots here push not to vote or get involved. If you were truly concerned you would be cussing at the moderation of this site for allowing commies to spew their stupidity. You would be front and center on your state elections. You would be doxing ANTIFA running behind BLM.

8
FireannDireach 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yes, it has to be unanimous. One juror can cause deliberation to go on indefinitely if they stick to their guns. See "Twelve Angry Men". (The '57 version, not the remake.

Actual lawyers can correct me, but I believe criminal cases have to be unanimous, but civil cases can have other voting outcomes, and it's different per state.

1
shaven_llama 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've sat on one jury for a criminal case (assault & battery), and the verdict had to be unanimous.

I sat on several courts martial panels in the military, however, and those did NOT need to be unanimous.

6
Brucesky420 6 points ago +9 / -3

You guys vastly misunderstand this situation. Chauvin will 100% be going to jail. The left has done everything they can to scare the shit out of the jurors, so to keep the riots small and out of their neighborhoods they're going to convict him

Don't get me wrong, he's not guilty and SHOULD get off, but he will not.

9
farstriderr 9 points ago +13 / -4

You're misunderstanding a jury trial. As a juror, when you're in there and you're deciding the fate of another human being, it's not like sitting behind the computer and typing up a witty response. There are heroes and patriots who will do what is right no matter what the potential consequences. I know, I was on a murder trial.

5
Handy499 5 points ago +5 / -0

There are two clips floating around on this subject. One he denied motion for mistrial (at this time). The other he basically said that her comments alone would be grounds for an appeal.

I honestly think it was the right call, would be better he gets off sooner than later (ie it's less emotional to lose a game in the first quarter instead of triple overtime)

Mad max probably knows the trial is over and this was the best way to fuel the riots

3
christianknight 3 points ago +4 / -1

We crossed that line long ago. Accelerate.

55
milehighvoter 55 points ago +58 / -3

I thought the judge said he wouldn't call a mistrial.

84
Handy499 84 points ago +85 / -1

He did. I am no expert, but mistrial and appeal are definitely two different things. The judge did slam mad max pretty hard though right before he denied a mistrial, everyone knows that she has fucked up the trial to some extent

53
eagles_have_landed 53 points ago +54 / -1

The Judge denied the Defense's motion for mistrial at THIS trial. What the Judge indicated though was if Chauvin is found guilty here and the defense appeals that conviction, the actions from Waters may be good enough grounds for a mistrial.

13
559throw 13 points ago +21 / -8

Basically he doesn't have the balls to do his fucking job so he's going to kick it down the road to some other fucker to deal with. Fuckin coward

15
FireannDireach 15 points ago +15 / -0

No, he didn't have proof that the jury heard Water's big ugly mouth running. That is what would trigger a mistrial, in this specific set of circumstances.

Go read up on how Nixon's comments about Manson during his trial almost got a mistrial, but the judge, after questioning the jury, determined that it hadn't impacted them much at all.

Not defending Waters, but her impact on the jury only matters in terms of the trial. If any of the jurors admit to hearing her during the trial and right now while deliberating, then a judge can use that to throw the verdict out.

3
zippy2 3 points ago +4 / -1

Hes absolutely spineless because he didn't even question the jury and just immediately said hes "confident" they stayed way from news.

3
FireannDireach 3 points ago +3 / -0

Okay, stay mad at him. Have fun.

3
eagles_have_landed 3 points ago +3 / -0

Your response it totally spot on lol I get having beef with the Judge for whatever reason but don't make it because of this. Although I disagree with the Judge's ruling it wasn't out of line for him to deny the request. I think there were a LOT of things even before the trial that created impartiality. I think the jurors should have been sequestered - the Defense made a good point after the jury was dismissed, this case permeates every aspect of our lives now. In addition, the fact that the 27 million dollar civil suit was awarded (if you want to call it that) right before the trial is poisoning the well too which I am sure was another reason the Defense motioned for a change of venue (I think they did but not sure).

8
PatrickHangry 8 points ago +8 / -0

The judge may also be trying to spare Chauvin the cost and trauma of another trial, when he could very well be acquitted. His chances of acquittal are probably better now than in a second trial, since the prosecution screwed so much up with their own backfiring witnesses, and they wouldn't make the same mistakes if they got a mulligan.

As much as the defense counsel would enjoy being paid for two trials, they may not have intended the motion to succeed anyway. Instead, they now have the judge's comments about Maxine Waters's jury intimidation on record and in their pocket, should they need them on appeal. The most likely outcome is a hung jury anyway, which ends up functionally equivalent to a mistrial from my understanding.

Mooseface 1 point ago +1 / -0

No doubt Chauvin’s lawyer is being paid for by the police union. The union would also pay his legal fees for a new trial, appeal, etc.

16
Oldjeansandbelt 16 points ago +16 / -0

I bet she got paid sweet uniparty bux. Think how much funding both sides can take in if this all goes sideways.

6
YoLLamaIsSoFat 6 points ago +6 / -0

The judge has to assume the jury, which was sequestered with no access to media at the time Maxine made these comments, haven't heard them until they give him a reason to believe otherwise.

I think the judge has been fine throughout the entire trial and stuck to the letter of the law really well. He didn't fall for the prosecutions bullshit objections and overruled almost every single one that I heard lodged.

4
Unsilent 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not sure they were sequestered. I keep reading that they weren’t

2
YoLLamaIsSoFat 2 points ago +2 / -0

They sequestered after Friday.

42
Nate4761 [S] 42 points ago +42 / -0

He also said you might get this trial overturned on appeal

20
South_Florida_Guy 20 points ago +21 / -1

That statement by the judge alone is almost enough to guarantee it. That's unheard of.

11
FireannDireach 11 points ago +11 / -0

So is a member of Congress appealing for riots in the media, and the Speaker of the House saying they did nothing wrong.

7
South_Florida_Guy 7 points ago +7 / -0

That's where we are currently.

4
censored4wrongthink 4 points ago +4 / -0

that's because every rational American knows charges never should have been brought forward in the first place - but marxist AG's and wokism has led to this superfluous trial

15
Lepreco-Inc 15 points ago +15 / -0

As I understand it. He is saying those involved in the trial caused no problems, thus no mistrial. But if he is convicted, she is an outside force that threatened the deciders and if they went with what she wants, maybe the threats worked and thus a reason for mistrial. That would be after verdict and thus after trial and thus on appeal. But who knows I eat raw meat and live in a cave, so my thinking probably shouldn’t be listened to.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

I believe for this trial, they'd have to prove that the members of the jury were exposed to Water's big ugly mouth - which they wouldn't admit to, as they were ordered to not watch the news, and would be replaced instantly if they admitted it.

If someone had stood up in the courtroom and repeated what Waters said, like what happened in the Mason trial regarding Nixon's comments, he would have had to act.

But Water's big ugly mouth may have guaranteed an appeal and overturning of the results of this trial, or a mis-trial.

And Nancy will continue to support and protect her big ugly mouth, no doubt.

-1
sickofaltspin -1 points ago +1 / -2

Maybe he should have sequestered them.

The state wants to burn and at this point it deserves it.

Any officer not calling in sick at this point is complicit.

1
Lepreco-Inc 1 point ago +1 / -0

Meh. For something in the news this much, impossible for a good enough sequester.

14
james43552352345 14 points ago +14 / -0

This trial goes through. If Chauvin is found guilty then the defense will appeal it and it is possible the appeal court will toss out the conviction based on Walter's statements.

5
Kano 5 points ago +5 / -0

mistrial no but an appeal if found guilty I think has a lot of merit behind it.

Who is going to stop her. States and locals don’t like arresting congress and Nancy is supporting her.

9
logan34 9 points ago +9 / -0

Maxine is trying to start a terrible race war that would take the lives of thousands or 10’s of thousands of lives.

But Maxine doesn’t care.

She can just sit home inside one of her mansions, guarded by armed security and tall walls, and watch it all on T.V.

Maxine has no business going near a microphone, and Obama TV networks that go along with Maxine’s [email protected] wish for America share responsibility.

6
anon1011101 6 points ago +6 / -0

Her security isn't that good. A couple dozen Patriots could get rid of her

9

I think it's time to start dishing out real-world repercussions to these fucking parasites

29
GoBlue12 29 points ago +29 / -0

ABC is outing some of the jurors and where they live! WTF that has to be criminal!

7
FireannDireach 7 points ago +7 / -0

If true, they need to be hauled into a courtroom.

But they won't be. And it will be forgotten in the coming race war that's kicking off very, very soon. The media WANTS the jurors attacked if they don't get maximum punishment here.

4
MAGAborn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sauce

21
Reality_Check 21 points ago +21 / -0

It's all theater. before she became the brave anti-blumpf resistance, she was unanimously considered the most corrupt member of congress by the public—nothing ever happened to her. Nothing ever will happen to her until she dies at 110, still in office.

10

And celebrated and remembered for a week for her tireless activism, passion, and strong wohmanness.

6

They will name a bill after her to "increase" Voter turnout. IE cheat more fraudulently.

13
icockmyglock 13 points ago +14 / -1

Did the judge just telegraph a predetermined verdict for the trial?

7
FireannDireach 7 points ago +7 / -0

Doesn't matter, the jury was gone by that point. As far as the jury is concerned, anything he says after he sends them to deliberate doesn't exist, and they won't hear it until they render a verdict either way.

-1
South_Florida_Guy -1 points ago +1 / -2

I thought that too. Why need to overturn it if there's equal chance of not guilty verdict. He seems pretty sure of guilty.

10
Colonel_Chestbridge 10 points ago +10 / -0

This was probably the plan.

If they vote not guilty, riots.

If they vote guilty, trial is easily overturned on appeal and then there are riots.

4
Keep_on_winning_kag 4 points ago +4 / -0

So you're saying there's a chance of a riot?

1
bluetrench 1 point ago +1 / -0

There's a 30% chance that they're already rioting.

10
anon291 10 points ago +10 / -0

Man all the comments here calling Waters and the Dems stupid are so misguided....

They want an innocent verdict or a mistrial so they can continue their stupid campaign against white supremacy. If the jury finds chauvin guilty (which they shouldn't), then the won't have any grounds to stand on calling america a racist country. However, if they get an innocent verdict, then they can call the american people racist and race-bait.

Better yet, if they get a guilty verdict but a mistrial, they can complain about the evil white supremacy in the American system of governance (i.e., innocence until proven guilty).

This is all part of their profoundly evil scheme to destroy this country.

8
ObviatingTyranny 8 points ago +8 / -0

If he's found guilty they'll find another wuhsuprimisy banner to run with.

They will never stop as long as they are able.

And that's all there is to it.

6
MAGAholic2 6 points ago +6 / -0

"then the won't have any grounds to stand on calling america a racist country".

They already don't, and look what they've accomplished...

2

Well touche. I made the mistake of believing democrats are reasonable people

9

No if he's found guilty he can call for a new trial

14
Nate4761 [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

No, but he will have an easier time getting a new trial

4
sickofaltspin 4 points ago +6 / -2

And in 2-3 years after he is murdered in prison he might even get it.

8
South_Florida_Guy 8 points ago +8 / -0

So you know, on second thought, the plan is for him to walk and she's making sure of it. That's what they want.

fucking idiotic democrats just out for blood

6
kornesque 6 points ago +6 / -0

The judge should order the state to detain all rioters and ship them to Maxine's residence with a Jumbotron. Once they're all settled in announce the mistrial and let the commies fall where they may.

5
PapaWheelie 5 points ago +5 / -0

Intentional. A mistrial is the best way to keep this case in the headlines.

5

Chauvin will get off. He's factually innocent and juries have gotten these cases right time and again. You think they can unanimously pressure an entire jury into a guilty verdict? OK. It wont happen.

7
booblitchutz 7 points ago +7 / -0

They can and they are. The jurors all have massive targets on their backs. Not just them, their families too. The democrats have made that quite clear.

2
Blue_Country_Refugee 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ok and if that doesn't happen? I'll happily admit if I'm wrong but this ain't the first jury they've threatened.

1
MAGAholic2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you name a more significant jury in modern times than this one?

2

1

Yeah remember when O.J. was factually guilty and the jury convicted him? That was cool.

Hold on, I'm being passed a note here...

1
Blue_Country_Refugee 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yah I've heard the old "OJ" canard before. How long ago was that again? Kind of a unique case with DNA being new and a key prosecution witness lying about being a racist. Never again will you see a defendant asked to wear a piece of evidence, either.

That wasnt even a case against the police, which are even harder to convict. Thankfully we still give them some benefit of the doubt when their department trained techniques fail against feral criminals.

0
current_horror 0 points ago +0 / -0

Did you know that one of the OJ jurors is on record stating that their not guilty verdict was payback for the Rodney King verdict?

3
Blue_Country_Refugee 3 points ago +3 / -0

Meh one old lady they probably paid to be on that show. "True crime" TV shows are hardly evidence.

Will you or will you not eat crow when Chauvin walks? I think he will be acquitted outright or on appeal. No chance on the murder charges.

1
current_horror 1 point ago +1 / -0

I had thought he might win on appeal until the jury came back with guilty verdicts on all charges.

Sorry, my dude, but moving forward, juries in America are going to decide justice based on identity.

1
Blue_Country_Refugee 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sad but true

4

After seeing what Roger Stone went through for alleged witness tampering, I want nothing less than the SWAT team outside her house at 4 am, make it a Fox News exclusive.

3
Handy499 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fox would probably tip her off, buy her a ticket overseas

3
codesherpa 3 points ago +3 / -0

So find Chauvin guilty or the cities burn and the jurors themselves burn. This type of juror and witness tampering, intimidation used to be illegal. That was in the non-clown world timeline though. Anything goes in the clown world.

3
peeloutbozo 3 points ago +3 / -0

Did this dumb ass state prosecutor hear what Maxine said??

3
tedandlisa123 3 points ago +3 / -0

I am being honest. Call me a pussy, but if I was a juror, I would be too scared to find Chauvin not guilty. You know the media is going to dox the names of the jurors at the end of the trial and a sitting US Representative gave the mob a green light to burn my house down and torture my relatives.

6
flyover_deplorable 6 points ago +7 / -1

He was really "unhappy" with the DC elected people. They should keep their opinions to themselves. They are damaging the Juducial (co-equal) branch of government. I think his statement that what she said could get the trial "overturned on appeal" is enough, all by itself, to get it overturned.

2
CyclopticErotica 2 points ago +2 / -0

The prosecution seems perfectly willing to allow threats of violence to help them.

2
BunnyPicnic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Is there a chance we get a verdict tonight? Monday night raw baby.

2
Handy499 2 points ago +2 / -0

The longer it takes the more likely for it to be a hung jury. People are fucking retarded, zero chance they found 12 reasonable people that are not afraid of mob intimidation

BAH GAWD, STOP THE DAMN TRIAL, THAT KNEE HAD A FAMILY!

1

Tomorrow earliest. They're gonna get at least one night of room service.

I'm thinking first thing Wednesday morning. We'll see. If they start requesting information from the judge, could be longer.

2

You have to admit, America is the land of opportunity where the mentally ill can get elected to Congress, an alcoholic can become Speaker of the House, someone with Alzheimer's can become Potatus, and a pedophile can be on the Supreme Court.

Don't forget to riot no matter which way the Chauvin trial turns out. I need a new 4K TV from Target so I can hear the Somali news. Portland can save money by turning off street lights since the fires will light it up.
