Clause 1
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
Yup, now we just need representatives to hold her accountable.... crickets
You are wrongly assuming that the Constitution has any force of law behind it though. I love the righteousness, and thought of the Constitution as much as any Patriot, but we have been convinced that it matters in some legal sense, for our entire lives. It should be clearer than ever that it is merely a once-useful guide to American self-governance, that has been subverted, but is referenced by the fed corp. to give you some false sense of fairness as they steal and rape you blind.
If the democrats get the war they want so bad, they should know; all debts of justice are easily settled in war..
