Trump is a "civnat". Though now that I think of it, his pussying out and not using ML/IA in a way did kill America by not standing up to the election fraud.

My husband (who is black) went on a 10min rant about Trump not pushing the insurrection button. I tried to explain nobody had his back. He just got more angry saying people fucking died supporting him, people lost everything, people turned up and were arrested. Wtf he do for them- just walked away.

I tried to come up with reasons. I just kept saying the military wouldn't back him. He said we had the momentum that we wont have again and push the button and let the chips fall where they may

I had no more come backs. Ultimately I agreed.

People here will until they're blue in the face spout that whole "But the military wouldn't back him!" line as if that somehow magically excuses Trump from his duty to even try to use IA/ML if he thought the election was stolen. It does not.

If Trump tried to use IA/ML and then the top brass openly defied his orders, then and only then would these people actually have a point. Until then they're just spouting blind apologism to cope.

I was at in January where he is today. I agree, it was a cope mechanism. That's why I agreed with him. Right is right.

Better to lose the battle than lose the war.

I mean only the entire fate of our elections' integrity and thus the fate of the country was on the line. No biggie. "We'll just get them next election after we make a couple of minor voting changes!"

News flash, our elections NEVER had any integrity, only the illusion of integrity. This election was the first time we got a glimpse of how corrupt and shit the uniparty actually is. We were NEVER winning the war, it was NEVER Democrats vs Republicans, it was ALWAYS the establishment elite vs the people. Trump, for the first time, moved the needle, even if was ever so slightly. So stop crying about Trump's "failures" and do something useful.

Everything they have done, and have made us feel was right through lies over generations and generations, has always had some form of paying homage to their sick even false god.

A little Bible background on the “sacrificial goat”. There were two goats in Leviticus 16 for the Atonement ceremony. One was slain and its blood taken into the Holy of Holies (in the Tent/Tabernacle) to make atonement for the sins of the people. The other goat would have the sins of the people put on its head and sent out into the wilderness. For Christians, Jesus Christ represents the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of the people. I would not go as far as Matt and conflate Chauvin with Jesus but I get what he is trying to say. Matt is a bit hyperbolic in his writing as Jesus was sinless. https://internetchurchofgod.com/2020/07/23/the-scapegoat-of-the-day-of-atonement/

They'll just keep demanding more sacrificial lambs and tribute until people say enough is enough.
