7 - 2 against Chauvin. Thomas rambling some random bullshit to ease the blow our nation is dead.

MegoThor 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thank God somebody else sees this! So tired of hearing from all the Thomas apologists here. “But, but, he spoke out!” They are all traitors.

Let me preview the supreme court’s decision for you; “no standing” followed by a “moot point” decision. Our country died in 2020. Quit fooling yourselves

TeeBP 26 points ago +27 / -1

"It's moot because Chauvin is already in jail!"

at this point, what difference does it make?

Nah the one thing that gives me solace is that we kept that crooked side of beef from the White House. They can never take that away from us.

True, he should've appealed before the verdict was given

19
Vengefully_yours 19 points ago +20 / -1

SCOTUS will say the trial is over and the point moot

17
NamendaBiden 17 points ago +19 / -2

LOL!! The Supreme Court is almost as laughable as the FBI. I guess Mr Dershowitz hasn't been paying attention.

The sooner you accept that the United States of America gasped its last breath in 2020, the more clear your focus will become.

This is about survival, fuckers.

infinitysupreme 6 points ago +6 / -0

Or the Supreme Court could just refuse to hear the appeal with no reason given, and then collect more money on book deals from leftist publishing houses.

4
TrumpIsMyyPresident 4 points ago +5 / -1

Damn, he can't be that dumb.

1
NavyGuy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not dumb. He just hasn't accepted reality yet.

4
CornPopOfficial 4 points ago +4 / -0

We can’t trust the Supreme Court. There’s no standing for that.

Dershowitz is a pedophile that got off on a technicality. He narrowly avoided going down with Epstein more than once. He got off once on immunity, because Epstein was a informant. He also got off on using an Epstein’s sex slave but because he kept his underwear on he didn’t get in trouble, for that incident.

He spent a lot of time on Epstein’s different properties. He’s one of the best criminal constitutional lawyers in America. And he’s narrowly avoided being caught up in more than one scandal. Fuck that scum.

Save the children. He may be “innocent until proven guilty” but lady justice ain’t exactly fair during these times so I don’t fucking trust Dershowitz and his Mossad buddies playing Mockingbird. Operation Trust is Alan’s middle name.

Correct Minnesota Supreme Court is the same court who put murder 3 back on the table after Judge threw it out as N/A. I di t hink he has any luck in district court since the POTATUS decided to weigh in as though he doesn't have influence over courts/judges.

Lastly the fear of the angry mob kept the SCOTUS from hearing any arguments the last time. No reason to believe they'll do the right thing this time.

doug2 2 points ago +3 / -1

No it's not, it's the clear and obvious outcome when you focus purely on the legal side of things. The thing that he isn't considering, and that most people don't understand, is that the country has been taken over by the NWO/Communists/Masonic mystery religion/Intellegence Community Cabal.... and even amomg those who see this barely 10% have realized that all of those are simply different divisions the SAME global entity. They are the enemy and have been for thousands, yes thousands, of years. They have their roots in the ancient, elite level, esoteric pagan societies. They built a religion out of the movements and properties of the heavenly bodies in the sky and gave personified the planets as gods. These gods are the same gods that almost every society since has worshipped, Rome, Egypt, Greece, the Norse, and even Christianity (in the form of Jesus, who's story was merged with traits of the traditional pagan Sun God Lucifer. *Lucifer is the god Venus, but was considered the most powerful of all the pagan gods so it was believed the sun was a gift from him and a symbol of his glory), and Judaism (Jehovah/Yahweh was a conglomeration of all the pagan gods at first and while the agricultural sect of the Jehovah worshippers eventually left that behind in favor of true monotheism, their naval wing the Phonecitians did not). As the Aryan culture spread further throughout the globe it led to a global Aryan/Sematic power structure that ruled every civilization of any note in antiquity... this in turn led to the spread of the pagan mysteries to every corner of the world, the true nature of which was hidden from all but the select initiates within the ruling classes. They pagan mystery cults also manifested within early Islam, many Mystery Schools (like the Assassins) sprang up within Muslim communities. During the crusades these Islamic Mystery Cults clashed with Christian Orders that had shown up at their doorstep These cults used the tried and true techniques of infiltration and subversion to corrupt and overtake control of the Templars. After the crusades calmed down, this new Pagan Mystery Worshipping Templar order acted as the perfect vessel for them to extend their occult influence into Europe (which had more or less lost it's connection to the pagan mysteries because they had been purposefully replaced with Christianity.) When certain rulers learned that there was a vast conspiracy to overthrow the world order of European Royal families, as well as christianity, and that this conspiracy had complete control of the one of the most powerful private orders of men (the Templays rivaled most nation states and even the Vatican in terms of power), they set out to destroy the Templars by any means necessary. This led to the Templar's being ruthlessly round up and persecuted. The organizations wealth, connections, and membership were all forced underground to avoid this fate. The underground Templars called formed the Freemasons. Some fled to sea, becoming the famous Pirates whom we glorify today in film and TV. The attack from the Church had another consequence, the underground templar resistance known as the Freemasons finally rejected the God of the Bible outright, and turned instead to the pagan god Lucifer, whom they credit with giving mankind the gift of intellect (adam and Eve story) and freeing them from the cruel and oppressive rule of the Christian God. Due to the need for secrecy, however, most members of the Masons were unaware of their organizations true roots and the Templar/mystery religion cult's influence was diminished greatly over time.... but the power structure continued to grow, in part owing to the massive influx of Jewish members along with their wealth and access the Jews extensive hidden networks of subversive influence (Jews were attracted to the lodge in part for the clear influence membership gave them and also bc they were allowed to worship how they pleased without fear of retribution. You are allowed to worship however you please up until the top ranks when you finally learn the secrets of Masonic Luciferian/Sun God worship.) A plan to seize the reins of their behemouth organization and bring the focus and control back those of the mystery religion cult was hatched by a branch of cultists that were operating with in the leadership of the Jesuots. They formed the Illuminati and used it to systematically infiltrate and take over Freemasonry.

.....

If anyone is still reading I'd be happy to finish the story but I just realized I've really gone on for awhile now haha.

Supreme court won't do shit... they let the election to be stolen bc they feared the mob. Now it's the same with the Chauvin trial.

But you know what good, this will only accelerate things more in democrats cities. Autodestruction protocol activated.

Our Supreme Court ain’t shit 😂 To me, when they turned on Trump, I could not help but lose tremendous faith in our justice system and even less faith in all of Trump’s political appointments. All swamp snakes.

Nothing is going to happen because all you cumshots do is post memes and upvote and pretend you’re warriors. The Left is just more organized and better at taking over a country than you all. Quit being a bunch of keyboard cunts and learn how to strategize. Ive been here since the Reddit days and I can’t believe how this site has devolved into a useless wasteland of spineless cowards. Grow some balls and take your country back.

1
KeeptheChief 1 point ago +2 / -1

I'd say he has a better chance with the Minnesota Supreme Court but that court has a 5-2 Democrat majority. So his best hope is probably getting it overturned in federal court and hoping SCOTUS doesn't grant cert.

sordfysh 0 points ago +1 / -1

The court is super likely to just declare a retrial.

"Let's try again, now that people think this is over."

The prosecution wants a retrial because their narrative presented was retarded. They need an opportunity to regroup and redefine how they want to prosecute.

Even if a judge is on the prosecutor's side, they are going to declare a mistrial and send it back to be retried. Maybe even by the same judge.
