They should be required to list how many "ghost guns" were used in the commission of a crime to show the public how much of a joke this is. It's just more regulations targeting the lawful gun owner.

The answer has to be damn near zero. I know they made the case that they were finding more ghost guns when raiding drug houses, but that doesn't mean they were used in a crime. Regardless, making a gun for personal use has always been legal.

fun thing is, the whole "ghost gun" drama needs to be desperately manufactured because in certain key red states it is absolutely fucking legal to make your own guns and 3d printers have made it stupid easy, effectively rendering useless DECADES of work undermining the 2A.

see how theyve always tried to put themselves in the middle? background checks, transaction blocks, even the mythical gun show loop have all been narratives to insert goverment between manufacturers and consumers and be able to arbitrate who gets guns and who doesnt. if their case was valid they would go against gun manufacturers, but those can pay for better lawyers and push back

3d printed guns are a giant middle finger to federal overrreach, and it shakes them to the core to be exposed for the useless frauds they are.

Pointless, this will hinder at best those honest people who enjoy this as a hobby and are very very unlikely to ever be involved in a mass shooting unless they are defending.

The majority of untraceable weapons used in crimes come across bidens wide open southern border.

This again is to hurt honest people, the people who they (the deepstate) actually fear should their plans ever come to fruition..
