When in the course of human events it again becomes necessary for the people to reflect on the nature of a government said to represent them, a respect to our country, neighbors, and humanity requires that the people should declare the causes which compel them to again contemplate the legitimacy of our government.

Two hundred thirty five years ago the founders of our country set out a course of action to redress fundamental grievances or separate ties from a government that no longer acts in the interest of the people. The people are forced to again take the first step on that path with this declaration.

Through the weaknesses of human nature and governments nature to trend toward tyranny, this government has outgrown and overstepped its original design and stated charters.

It is now apparent that the people of the United States suffer under tyrannies of precedent and procedure acting in the color of law. Thus it becomes necessary, and providence demands, for the people to demand change to address this new attempt to create an unaccountable aristocracy.

Through the growth of this government and country, the peoples power of influence and recourse has become primarily their vote. As such it is necessary that the consent to be governed is earned in elections that are free, secure, and verifiable.

In the November 2020 federal presidential election, despite many documented statistical impossibilities occurring in the the “certified” election results, the people were not given access to review or audit the systems, ballots, or results.

The various courts acted in the color of law, using procedural rules, found no where in the constitution or laws, only in court precedent less than a century old, to maneuver to never hear the merit of any case or allow the presentation of any evidence.

Likewise both houses of the congress chose to hide behind procedure under the color of law, to not use the constitutional opportunity provided to review and address the questions and concerns over election integrity that their constituents, the people, demanded.

For exercising our god given rights the representatives in our congress, agents of the state, and their corporate sycophants, now call the people “terrorists” for exercising our rights, after their actions made all other remedies unavailable.

Let it be known that the actions of the various branches and offices of the state to suppress the legitimate questions and concerns of the people only bring further doubt to the legitimacy of this state.

A government of the people is open to all the questions of the people. A free people should need no reason to audit election results and count the vote.

Whereas the burden of the state has become so substantial to the people that it is imperative that those governed have faith that the consent was earned in free fair and legitimate elections by those who enact laws, wage wars, or open debts in the people’s name.

Whereas the burden to prove the legitimacy of the government has always rested in governments responsibility to transparency,

We resolve that unless immediate legislative action is taken to:

• Fully secure all future elections, remove all electronic voting and tabulation machines from our voting systems, including in state and local elections;

• Complete a full and transparent third party forensic audit on the 2020 presidential and federal election slate;

• Return to a prohibition of propaganda targeting the American public, by repealing section 1078 of HR 4310(2012);

• End all bureaucratic “law making” with Congress reclaiming the responsibility making the laws, by prohibiting executive agencies from enacting policies, procedures, and rules without full congressional approval;

• Prohibit any former or current lobbyist, corporate executive in title or responsibility, or corporate board member from serving any role in the government.

• Return to a prohibition of mixing commercial and investment banking by reinstating The Glass-Steagall Act of 1933;

• Formally renounce and disavow the policy precedent of “Too Big to Fail,” and prohibit future Government intervention to socialize any private risk;

• End debt slavery by allowing all debt to be forgivable or restructured in a bankruptcy, specifically student loan debt;

Then this government can no longer be determined to be representative of the will of the people.

We further resolve that while the authority of the United States is still evident, the authority of the current slate of elected officials is not. Until the people can be confident that the elected government represents the consent of those governed, that starting July 4th 2021, the people will withhold payment of all federal, state and local taxes.

Only through this action can the people ensure that a government intended to be ‘of by and for the people’ can live true to that divine mandate.

Through this declaration we again seek peaceful redress of our grievances and a return to the rule of law.
