Yeah frankly the policies of asking for ID from everyone, even if they're obviously over 21 by 15 years or more, is annoying. It's not "flattering" it's just annoying. I've been legal for almost 20 years. I shouldn't need ID anymore to get a beer with dinner because of muh restaurant or store policy
