Coke announced they are raising prices. They are losing money in the real economy.

IF YOU ARE A FAT FUCK AND YOU STILL BUY COKE, YOU ARE NOT A PATRIOT.

CaptainRumington 14 points ago +14 / -0

There are so many better brands too, just buy local stuff. I envy the west who get Sarsaparilla in their grocery stores.

the point being he still uses it after advocating for ban. I get it this is Trump site but I feel like we need to get out of Trump is god.. Trump is always right mode.

8
HadrianTheGreat 8 points ago +10 / -2

This site hasn't been "Trump is god, Trump is always right" ever. The god emperor thing was always just to rustle Jimmies.

3
seeyouinvalhalla 3 points ago +3 / -0

God emperor was actually from Dune. Reply if you’d like to know more

Unfortunately that will never change.

4
MustBeTrump 4 points ago +5 / -1

You don't deserve downvotes. Trump still drinks the shit after he told us to boycott and I'm sure his businesses all stock coke too. Leaders lead by example.

7
UnusualPepe 7 points ago +9 / -2

who cares about downvotes, this is fast becoming reddit with no tolerance for sane conversation.

1
MustBeTrump 1 point ago +2 / -1

I don't care about the point value of downvotes, I'm pointing out that people are wrong to express their disagreement in the form of downvotes. Assuming that downvotes mean "disagree".

7
TrumpLandslideWon202 7 points ago +7 / -0

That's really gonna convince people to buy again, dumb morons.

End sugar cancer juice.

6
Ol_Gravy_Leg 6 points ago +6 / -0

HFCS, not sugar. It's even worse for you than sugar. I make sure that nothing I buy has it.

3
EllemenoP 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's right. And it's just so bizarre, from a marketing standpoint, that they have an altogether different flavor labeled 'Real Sugar', fully admitting that their regular swill is some kind of laboratory concoction.

I haven't had a Coke in over 3 weeks. It was hard to give it up....I'm used to having one Coke every day so I guess it was a habit or addiction. I had planned to switch to RC but I can't find it in the stores around here. But after 3 weeks of drinking only water, I no longer have soda cravings. I've lost about 3 pounds, too. This is encouraging me to lose the remaining 15 or so lbs that I need to get rid of.

5
Malamuter 5 points ago +5 / -0

I made the switch to sparkling water over a year ago and I love it. Every now and than I’ll have a soda, just because it hits different, but sparkling water makes a world of difference and it really checks your boxes when it comes to craving the carbonation. My wife likes the Kirkland brand better but I think the Key Lime La Croix is straight fire.

2
Hjfp5 2 points ago +3 / -1

Here is the key, the amount of sugar in soda desensitizes your taste buds. Once you cut out soda, the seltzer and sparkling water tastes better each week. After a few months, even milk taste sweet for some reason. So you might not go that route if your first taste of sparkling water don't do it for you, but cut the soda and power through. You'll be glad you did. Source: I consume massive amounts of seltzer. Raspberry lime preferred.

Edit: occasionally consume ginger ale with seagram's seven. But nowadays it's mostly straight red breast 12 year with a single cube.

1
Hjfp5 1 point ago +1 / -0

Edit 2: Bombay sapphire mixes well with seltzer.

RoosterHeadBad 2 points ago +2 / -0

Kombucha is great too! Start with fruity flavors first. It is an acquired taste.

Jackpotsevens 15 points ago +15 / -0

I used to spend 75-100 per month on coke (for my wife & kids,, I drink nothing but coffee & sweet tea) but haven't bought any since their be less white came out.

Gayton is no longer employed at Coca-Cola, but has entered into an agreement to serve as a “strategic consultant” to company chairman and CEO James Quincey and “drive certain key objectives.”

As part of the agreement, he will receive a $4 million sign-on payment and a monthly consulting fee of $666,666, beginning this month and ending April 2022, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

“Bradley has shown himself to be a strategic and results-oriented leader,” Quincey said. “Coca-Cola has benefited from Bradley’s expertise and commitment to these challenges, and I am confident Bradley will continue to advance these initiatives in his role as a strategic consultant over the next year.”

Don't think this is a win. It's merely staff shuffling, a payoff. He "drive(s) certain key objectives", hmm I wonder which ones they are. And just look at that monthly amount. They want people who pay attention demoralized, and people who only read headlines to break down and buy Coke again.

Apparently, this idiot only wanted to contract and hire law firms that were at least 15% black and wanted to inflate the amount of money paid by that much to subsidize black lawyers and law firms.

You can have diversity or you can have success in a business, but you can't have both. Diversity, when hirings and promotions are made on that basis, becomes a mad dash to find qualified blacks so often the blacks who are hired in those positions don't have the right skill set or are mediocre to unsatisfactory. No company can have success by hiring from the bottom.

viking65 5 points ago +11 / -6

The only way I would start drinking Coca Cola again is if they made a campaign called "Be More MAGA"

5
Btcox 5 points ago +5 / -0

After being a loyal coke customer/consumer for about two decades (diet only for me), i switched permanently to Dr P. It tastes better as it turns out. Is Texas based (like me) and I enjoy not giving money to the coke company. We can only do what we can do (also please don't lecture me on how I should walk away from all soda, you do you, boo, I do me). Much love Patriots!

5
ChrztyAnn 5 points ago +5 / -0

I switched to Dr. Pepper also! it's been hard, so hard I even gave up my red bull but I'm sick of this BLM anti white bullshit. I bought so much coke my normal grocery store is overstocked with it since I haven't bought none in so long the coke order guy is now having to damage some out for expiration dates. Crazy that they would bring in soda's from other stores that were expiring soon to sell them knowing how well and quick coke sells in my local grocery store but their little plan backfired on them!

2
Btcox 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nice work patriot. Keep on getting the word out.

Step N Fetch sell out bow tie elitist Black lawyers ... I never understood the desire to look like that and never will.

They look like they would sell out a runaway slave to get in the owners' good graces at the drop of their straw hats.

I can't boycott something I don't already drink. Coke was always nasty to me, I liked Pepsi as a kid because it's what my grandpa drank. Now if I want a soda it's either Dr. Pepper or Mt. Dew. But I'm trying to quit it all together.

1
Ella101 1 point ago +1 / -0

Stopped last year. Only sparkling water now. Soda only on special occasions.

Coke is a plague on our planet.

"Coca-Cola has been accused of dehydrating communities in its pursuit of water resources to feed its own plants, drying up farmers' wells and destroying local agriculture. The company has also violated workers' rights in countries such as Colombia, Turkey, Guatemala and Russia. Only through its multi-million dollar marketing campaigns can Coca-Cola sustain the clean image it craves.

The company admits that without water it would have no business at all. Coca-Cola's operations rely on access to vast supplies of water, as it takes almost three litres of water to make one litre of Coca-Cola."

Green watching is a joke.
