to "0.1%" of the population (black, male, younger, gangbanger/druggie) that is responsible for OVER 50% OF ALL MURDERS IN THE US.
And then add a redundancy factor of 50% - because most violent gang members. COMMIT MULTIPLE MURDERS... (they should be counted multiple times) - so let's cut US POPULATION NUMBER in half again... from 0.1% down to 0.05%.
So actually: black, male, younger, gangbanger/druggie, multiple crimes "people" = or 0.05% of the Population, are the ones classified as committing OVER HALF OF ALL MURDERS.
And the worst news is the police clearance rate in the worst areas for crime is almost NIL! In Chicago, the police catch less then 20% of these criminals... Detroit was under 10% for a while....
