Failing that, military is a way to get a free education (my son did that).
The clearest example of how this logic is completely flawed is to point to Asians in America. Asians tend to earn more than white people in America. What's the best thing we can do for the Black situation? Get them employed. Get them working in good jobs so the Black father is a better deal than welfare. That's just now how it is at all, at least for the vast majority of people.
I appreciate that far more black people live in poverty than white people, but it's not because white people have all the money or because of "generational wealth". Failure to get out of poverty is entirely dependent on living a clean life, getting an education, and working hard. If you're poor, you can even get a free ride to college. Failing that, military is a way to get a free education (my son did that).
The clearest example of how this logic is completely flawed is to point to Asians in America. Asians tend to earn more than white people in America. As a race, they commit far fewer crimes, put strong focus on education, etc. You just cannot say America is racist and white people are to blame for failures when Asian folks are doing so well.

Start looking when each ethnic group went from hunter-gather bands to agriculture and civilization. Asians did is just before Caucasians (by about 1-2000 years) who did it much before Blacks (by around 8000 years). That changed who "won the women" and changed the genetic trends. That's why the average Asian is a little smarter than the average White who is a little more smarter than the average Black.
This is almost meaningless. All it really entails is that you'll see slightly more Asians than demographics in good jobs and slightly less Blacks than demographics in good jobs. It really doesn't amount to much by itself. It in no way leads to no dumb Asians or no smart Blacks. There's plenty of individual variation which is much larger than the differences in averages.
But then welfare rears its ugly head. A single mother of two can get so much money from welfare that a man has to make a significant sum to be a better deal than the government. And who is less likely, on average, to make that sum? The Black father. So his Black kids get raised by a single mother and daddy government. And single motherhood rate is the leading indicator of criminal activity in an area. And the single motherhood has lead to an extremely toxic culture where attempting to get ahead by being smart rather than being a thug makes a young black man an "Oreo" rather than a smart person. That's how that small difference in averages with all the things which pile on top of it leads to 13/51.
What's the best thing we can do for the Black situation? Get them employed. Get them working in good jobs so the Black father is a better deal than welfare. Black Fatherhood Matters (hell, All Fatherhood Matters). Trump was going in the right direction with his record Black unemployment, the next step is to start trimming back welfare so that daddy becomes an even better deal than government handouts. Once Black fathers are once again a part of the family and this toxic culture created by the high rates of single motherhood quells itself, we'll be tapping an economic resource which will enhance all of our lives.

Thanks! I agree and this could be its own post and own sticky but the my pillow guy gave me hope last night. He told his story of how he was addicted to crack cocaine and hit rock bottom. And he thanks god for that because it led him to where he is now. And he believes this country needs to hit rock bottom for enough people to wake up and take the country back for the people. And then we can have a truly great nation again.
