And conclude it doesn't declare a minimum size and thus reduce the new D.C to a tiny sliver containing the White House and Capitol Hill.
Sure, I love this idea, so long as all federal government workers lose the right to vote. After all, they are bought and paid for with your tax dollars.
It would require a constitutional amendment. But they must see some value in this pointless fight.
