The Private Auditors and their agents are not authorized to review confidential voter registration records.
However, the voter registration records are NOT confidential. They are public records! The ballots are also Public Records!
The lawsuit is filled with half-truths, outright lies, and misrepresentations of the laws of AZ. Not only should it be thrown out the instant it hits the court's desk... the lawyers should be arrested and the law firms should be closed down.

This is a futile attempt to stop the reveal. They have not been damaged and have no standing to file a restraining order. It will be dismissed and the audit will keep moving forward. Nothing can stop the truth and a lie is always revealed.

Arizona dems filed a motion for a temporary restraining order late yesterday. Those are given expedited hearings. I can't find info on when the hearing is.
Either way nothing will be done...nothing is ever done. They commit crimes and walk away scott free. I don't pay a parking ticket they send a swat team after me.
Anyone have the actual court filing? I'd like to know on what legal grounds they're suing?
