If you have 100 people with 80 IQ and 100 people with 120 IQ, which group would you pick to be your engineers? Races have differences. Don't ignore them. That's all.
Stereotypes can sometimes be true, but it doesn't mean they always are. I know some people in my field (computer programming/IT Work) who are very intelligent, who happen to be black.
While all this racism talk lately is mostly a pile of shit meant to divide us, I still don't feel it's right to think of someone as stupid solely because of the color of their skin. I try and get to know people before judging them. Like sure, I understand there can be some statistics, but come on man.

This is fantastic news! I went to what was essentially a white school district made up of about 2000-2500 kids and legitimately 99% of them were white. When I was in high school, a troubled boy's home opened up and ten or so city kids were dumped off in our district.
Out of nowhere, there were brawls every day. I've never seen just a handful of people destroy the peace of nearly 800 other people in one building, but it was incredible. Classes started slowing down to meet the needs of our genetically low-IQ visitors, who constantly interrupted, were rude to teachers, and were just plain fucking stupid. The home closed down after a year or two and the problems dried up soon after.
